The retargeting campaigns average 22,000 impressions each month that have resulted in 1150 new prospects. We began their marketing with a website that emphasized why using an attorney was critical in these negotiations. Several videos were created and used. The SEO campaigns began regionally and then expanded to national efforts by the end of their first year in business.

We also took over management of their existing site. Both sites are hosted on Alchemy servers. Koala is a franchise company that creates mouth pieces to assist people with sleep apnea.Our client, Dr. Coontz had purchased his franchise a year before he came to us. His office had state of the art diagnostic equipment. This included a three-dimensional x-ray machine that was one of only two in the state of New Mexico. The office did not do sleep studies, just individualized custom mouth pieces. The practice had the capacity to see 20 new patients weekly. At the time we started with Dr. Coontz he was seeing just three.

ALCHEMY SOLUTION

The website was controlled by the franchisor so we were not allowed to make any changes. We started with identifying and creating a list of potential offices that could refer patients. These included several dental specialties, the University of New Mexico hospital, and sleep testing centers. A multi-step email and direct mail campaign was designed and implemented. We also scripted and created a series of eight videos featuring Dr. Coontz and the protocols he followed in creating appliances. These included video testimonials from patients. Reputation Marketing and Reputation Video were added. We also created a display ad campaign for the weekly “Medical” Page in the local newspaper.

This is one of those cases where we worked ourselves out of a job. Over the 15 months that we worked with Dr. Coontz his practice grew to 20+ new patients weekly and a steady stream of referrals from the sources we had helped him cultivate.
